Here, we are trying to reduce the amount of waste material related to support, especially when you sell a lot of the same items. So we print before using PLA the rectangle support, just to use it every time we print this switch bracket.
As the bracket is printed in petg and the rectangle support is pla, and they don't stick to each other, we think it may be easy to remove the support later. The truth is that it was really easy to remove, but as you can see, the quality of the print, especially on the edges , is far to be ok.
We think we could get better results, and we have a lot of more prints to run, changing some parameters and seeing what happens.
